Getting started with the Cricut Joy™

Step One: Unbox your Cricut Joy™ Machine

When you receive your Cricut Joy™ Machine, the first thing you’ll want to do is unbox it. Make sure you have all the components that should be included in the box, such as the machine itself, the power cord, and any other accessories or materials that may have come with it.

Step Two: Download the Cricut Design Space software

To use your Cricut Joy™ Machine, you’ll need to download the Cricut Design Space software. This is the platform that you’ll use to create your designs and send them to your machine for cutting. The software is available for free on the Cricut website and can be downloaded to your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Step Three: Connect your Cricut Joy Machine to Design Space

Once you’ve downloaded the software, you’ll need to connect your Cricut Joy™ Machine to it. This can be done via Bluetooth or USB cable, depending on your device and machine model. Follow the instructions in Design Space to connect your machine and make sure it’s recognised by the software.

Step Five: Load your materials and set your cutting settings

Step Six: Send your design to the Cricut Joy™ Machine
