PCA was first borne in Australia over 20 years ago and has been successfully manufacturing templates since 2011. Elaine King and Meryl Marriott purchased the template side of the business in May 2020 and have continued to produce high quality acrylic templates for parchment craft. Each month new templates are introduced into the craft market. Elaine and Meryl design the templates between them.

Both Elaine King and Meryl Marriott have been parchment enthusiasts for many years.
Meryl has been teaching parchment for over 20years. Learning the craft of parchment in 1996 the traditional way with ink and mapping pen, parchment has come a long way since then.
Elaine King started parchment and pencil work over 10 years ago and has been teaching both techniques for several years.
