Established in 1990 from humble beginnings in a wool and needlecraft shop in Preston. Founders Ann and David Newhouse started the idea with peel off stickers for greetings cards, but quickly grew into something much bigger. By 2002 Card craft Plus was established, allowing customers to order greetings card and other supplies by post.

Passion for crafting runs through the family, and it wasn’t long before sons Adam and Daniel became functioning members of the business. Demand for high quality cardmaking was running wild by 2007, and Hunkydory Crafts was born. Hunkydory has since grown exponentially and is now one of the largest and more impressive UK papercraft businesses to hit the global stage.
