The perfect addition to the Opal Blaze range, the Touch Tip has a fluid consistency and is designed to highlight small areas with ease. The touch tip has a handy incorporated applicator.  The range contains a base colour with the addition of a mix of shimmering mica colours. Creates beautiful colour shifting effects, great for adding the wow factor to projects.  Use on light or dark card and be amazed at how different they look. When used on dark card the mica colour dominates. They are water based and fast drying. 8ml Made in UK
